We will be going to Buds Custom Meats Sept-Oct. The lambs will be selling for $6.25 lb. (dressed weight) hanging wt. Plus Harvest, cut and wrap charges. Buds offers custom wrap and cut choices. The lamb is boxed and hard frozen with your name and weights.
This is NOT mutton. We are offering Katahdin Hair Sheep, this meat is extremely mild in flavor. Lambs are approx 80-140 lbs live weight, dressed weight is about 50% of live weight. A deposit is required. We can also accept deposits thru PayPal or we can also accept monthly payments till butcher time if that helps anyone.
Packaged meat must be picked up in Willits or Ukiah.
If you like strong gamy lamb this is not for you.
